Return & Refund Policy
At Inaya Khan Shop, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within one week of delivery, provided that the return request has been authorized by us.
Order Cancellation Policy
❌ Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
This is because each piece is handmade with great care and precision, and once production begins, it cannot be stopped midway.
We appreciate your understanding and support for our handcrafted process.
Policy for Discounted Items
Items that are discounted at 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a monetary refund.
However, such items are eligible for an exchange or store credit in cases of a verified product defect or a fulfillment error made by our team.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.
Please note that we will only accept returns that are in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping (USA Customers)
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for USA customers.
If the return cost is borne by the customer, the shipment must be initiated and paid for by the customer.
Reasons for Return or Exchange
1. Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
If we require the item to be returned, we will provide a USA return address.
Please share clear unboxing videos or photos as proof of the damage.
2. Not Satisfied (No Damage)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (but the item is undamaged), we can either:

Replace the item, or

Accept a return to our USA address (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).
3. Size Issues
If the issue is size-related, we will replace the item with your desired size.
However, if the size delivered matches your order, the customer will need to pay $30 for replacement shipping costs from India.
Photo & Video Requirement
For all return or replacement requests, please provide both photos and videos clearly showing the issue.
The return or exchange process cannot proceed without these proofs.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
