Refunds and Exchange Policy
At Inaya Khan Shop, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within one week of delivery, provided that the return request has been authorized by us.
To initiate a return, please send us an email at inayakhanshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that we will only accept returns that are in their original condition and packaging.
Please note we dont have Return Labels for USA return has to be initiated and paid for by the customer. If Return cost is be borne by the company the same will be added on top of the refund amount.
- If the reason for the return is due to a damaged item, we will replace the item, If we want it returned then we will Provide a USA address, Cost will be Borne By Our Company.
- For any product defects, we kindly ask that you provide clear unboxing videos or photos as proof.
- If the reason for the return is due to a Not Satisfied with Product No Damage, We will replace the item Or you Need to return it to our USA Address | Cost to be Borne by the Customer.
- If the reason for the return / Exchange is due to size issues then we will replace the item with the desired size.
- Please note if the size delivered is as per your Order then customer will Need to pay $30 for replacement cost of Shipping from India.
Please send us a photo and Video of the damaged item along with your return request. We will review the photo and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Return request process cannot go on without Both Pics and Videos showcasing the issues.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If the item(s) meet the requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
