Order Processing

Orders are generally processed, quality-checked and prepared for dispatch within 6–10 business days.

Many of our garments feature handcrafted work or require finishing before dispatch. Processing time can therefore vary depending on product availability, size, colour and customization requirements.

Bulk orders containing five or more items may require additional processing time. We will contact you if your order is expected to take longer than usual.

USA Shipping Options

Customers in the United States can select from the following shipping options:

1. Free Duty Paid Delivery

• Shipping cost: Free

• Estimated overall delivery time: Approximately 18–25 business days

• Applicable customs duties and import taxes are prepaid

• No customs-duty payment is required from the customer upon delivery

• Tracking information is provided

This option is recommended if you prefer duty-paid delivery without unexpected import charges.

2. Free Standard Delivery (1 - 3 Kilos)

• Shipping cost: Free

• Estimated overall delivery time: Approximately 10–15 business days

• Primarily shipped through DHL or FedEx

• Customs duties, tariffs or import taxes may apply

• Any charges assessed by US Customs are payable by the recipient

• Tracking information is provided

Customs charges are determined by US Customs or the relevant authorities. Inayakhan does not determine or control the amount charged.

Both free shipping options are available directly at checkout. Please select your preferred shipping method before completing your purchase. You do not need to contact us separately to request Duty Paid Delivery.

3. Expedited DHL Delivery

Customers who need their order urgently may request Expedited DHL Delivery. With this service, we prioritize the processing and preparation of the order and ship it through DHL.

Expedited processing and shipping do not guarantee faster customs clearance. Customs procedures remain under the control of the destination country’s authorities.

🇺🇸 Important Information for USA Deliveries

Your order is being shipped through DHL under Standard Delivery. US customs duties, tariffs or import-related charges may apply and are payable by the recipient.

DHL may contact you by email, SMS or telephone to request customs information, documents or payment. Please respond promptly to prevent delays.

Customs charges are calculated by US Customs based on factors including the declared invoice value, product classification, country of origin and applicable tariffs. Inayakhan does not determine or control the final amount.

Before making payment, please check that the value used by Customs matches the commercial invoice for your order. If the charge appears unusually high or incorrect, contact DHL immediately and request a review or dispute before paying. You may also contact us for a copy of the commercial invoice submitted with your shipment.

For your security, verify requests through DHL’s official tracking page or customer-service channels before submitting information or making payment.

If you selected Duty Paid Delivery at checkout, applicable import duties are prepaid and no customs-duty payment should normally be requested from you.

UK, Canada , Australia and Worldwide Shipping

We ship to the United Kingdom, Canada and numerous destinations worldwide.

The estimated delivery time is generally 10–12 business days after dispatch, unless a different timeline is displayed at checkout or communicated to you.

Import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs-clearance charges may apply according to the destination country’s regulations. Unless the selected shipping option specifically states Duty Paid Delivery, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Delivery Estimates

Approximate delivery times for USA orders are:

• Standard Delivery: Approximately 10–15 business days overall

• Duty Paid Delivery: Approximately 18–25 business days overall

• Expedited DHL Delivery: Timeline confirmed before placing the order

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, remote-area delivery and carrier-related disruptions may result in delays.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Please ensure that your email address and telephone number are correct. The shipping carrier or customs authority may contact you for delivery instructions, identification or customs-clearance information.

Failure to respond promptly may delay the shipment or result in it being returned or abandoned according to the destination country’s regulations.

Customs duties, tariffs, import taxes and clearance charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

These charges are outside Inayakhan’s control. Unless your selected shipping method specifically states Duty Paid Delivery, all customs-related charges are payable by the recipient.

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs charges or does not provide the information required for clearance, the shipment may be delayed, returned to India or abandoned in accordance with the carrier’s and destination country’s regulations.

Any return shipping charges, customs expenses or other costs resulting from refusal or non-clearance may be deducted from any refund for which the order is otherwise eligible.

Customs and Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Customs clearance procedures

• Requests for recipient documentation

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Carrier disruptions

Order Cancellation Policy

❌ Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
This is because each piece is handmade with great care and precision, and once production begins, it cannot be stopped midway.

Policy for Discounted Items

Items that are discounted at 10 % or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a monetary refund.
However, such items are eligible for an exchange or store credit in cases of a verified product defect or a fulfillment error made by our team.

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.
Please note that we will only accept returns that are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping (USA Customers)

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for USA customers.
If the return cost is borne by the customer, the shipment must be initiated and paid for by the customer.

Reasons for Return or Exchange

1. Damaged Item

If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
If we require the item to be returned, we will provide a USA return address(shipping cost to be borne by the customer).
Please share clear unboxing videos or photos as proof of the damage.

2. Not Satisfied (No Damage)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (but the item is undamaged), we can either:

• Replace the item, or

• Accept a return to our USA address (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).

3. Size Issues

If the issue is size-related, we will replace the item with your desired size.
However, if the size delivered matches your order, the customer will need to pay $30 for replacement shipping costs from India.

Photo & Video Requirement

For all return or replacement requests, please provide both photos and videos clearly showing the issue.
The return or exchange process cannot proceed without these proofs.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
