At Inayakhan, we offer tracked worldwide shipping. Many of our pieces are handcrafted or finished to order, so please allow sufficient time for processing before dispatch.
Peak Season (September–December): For festivals, weddings and special occasions, we recommend ordering early, as processing, carrier and customs delays may occur.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed, quality-checked and prepared for dispatch within 6–10 business days.
Processing may take slightly longer for handcrafted items, custom colours or sizes, bulk orders, or orders placed during peak season.

We now offer one FREE Duty & Tariff Paid delivery option for all USA orders.

- Average estimated overall delivery: 12–14 business days
- Applicable import duties and tariffs are prepaid
- Customers should normally have no customs-duty payment upon delivery

Subject to product availability, we may be able to arrange expedited shipping through DHL or FedEx for an additional shipping charge. Customs duties, tariffs or import taxes may apply to expedited shipments and will be payable by the recipient.
DHL or FedEx may contact you by email, SMS or phone regarding customs clearance or payment.
🇨🇦 Canada Shipping
Orders to Canada are generally delivered within 10–14 business days.
Import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply according to Canadian customs regulations and, if charged, are payable by the recipient.
Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
🇬🇧 UK, 🇦🇺 Australia & 🌍 Worldwide Shipping
We ship to the UK, Australia and many other countries worldwide.
Estimated delivery is generally 10–14 business days, depending on the destination.
There are no additional charges from Inayakhan after checkout. However, if the destination country assesses an import duty, tax or customs charge, it will be payable by the recipient.
Tracking & Customs
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Please provide a correct email address, phone number and delivery address, as the shipping carrier may need to contact you.
International customs charges, where applicable, are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are outside Inayakhan’s control.
If applicable customs charges remain unpaid, the shipment may be delayed, returned or abandoned. Any resulting shipping or customs costs may be deducted from an eligible refund.
Delivery Times
All delivery timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, peak-season volumes and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Returns & refunds
Returns & refunds
At Inaya Khan Shop, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within one week of delivery, provided that the return request has been authorized by us.
Order Cancellation Policy
❌ Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement.
This is because each piece is handmade with great care and precision, and once production begins, it cannot be stopped midway.
We appreciate your understanding and support for our handcrafted process.
Policy for Discounted Items
Items that are discounted at 10 % or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for a monetary refund.
However, such items are eligible for an exchange or store credit in cases of a verified product defect or a fulfillment error made by our team.

Please note that we will only accept returns that are in their original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping (USA Customers)
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for USA customers.
If the return cost is borne by the customer, the shipment must be initiated and paid for by the customer.
Reasons for Return or Exchange
1. Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
If we require the item to be returned, we will provide a USA return address(shipping cost to be borne by the customer).
Please share clear unboxing videos or photos as proof of the damage.
2. Not Satisfied (No Damage)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (but the item is undamaged), we can either:

Replace the item, or

Accept a return to our USA address (shipping cost to be borne by the customer).
3. Size Issues
If the issue is size-related, we will replace the item with your desired size.
However, if the size delivered matches your order, the customer will need to pay $30 for replacement shipping costs from India.
Photo & Video Requirement
For all return or replacement requests, please provide both photos and videos clearly showing the issue.
The return or exchange process cannot proceed without these proofs.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
